Description

Dallmayr Prodomo Ground Coffee
Ground Coffee in vacuum pack. Net 17.6oz/500g

Dallmayr Prodomo has a full caffeine content, but is specially refined to free it from various irritants and bitterness. The full aroma roasting process that follows gives it an unmistakeably distinctive flavour. A supreme pleasure for all coffee lovers – including those with sensitive tastebuds. Dallmayr prodomo has a rounded, full-bodied flavour, a delicate aroma and low acidity.

Preparation: Dallmayr prodomo is perfect for the traditional preparation of filter coffee, whether brewed in a filter machine or with a manual filter. If you decide to buy Dallmayr prodomo as whole beans, please make sure to set the grinding level to fine.

We recommend using 6 to 8 grams of coffee powder and a brewing time of up to eight minutes. Convenient measuring spoons are available that hold around 7 grams of coffee, making it easy to portion the powder.

If using a manual filter, the water should be at a temperature between 92ºC and 95°C. Do not use boiling water, otherwise bitter flavours will be brought to the forefront. Coffee tastes best when freshly prepared. If there is a large amount left over that you do not need at once, transfer the coffee into a thermos flask.

Very good!
We have been trying different coffee brands since finding Enjoy Better Coffee. Started by getting a free trial of this with one of my orders and ended up liking it more than the coffee I purchased.

Best coffee! Try it with a vacuum brewer!
This is the best coffee I've ever had. Smooth, strong, and low acid. I picked up a vintage Sunbeam Coffeemaster vacuum brewer, and it makes the coffee even better. All steel, no paper filters needed. A bit more effort to clean, since the grounds are not contained so you have to scoop them out into the trash, but soooo worth it. Since they are vintage, they are also made much better than today

The finest coffee
Look no further, this is the finest coffee for a combination of flavor, aroma, and overall smoothness in drinking. I love a good strong cup the last legal brew, so this one is perfect.I have worked and traveled all over this world and have yet to find a finer tasting coffee. Also, being a person that has a severe issue with Acid Reflux, this is one brew that I don't have problems with. The Acidity level in this coffee is low and the bitterness is minimal, so you also don't need as much sugar.

The Best Coffee!
Dallmayr Prodomo is by far the best coffee I have ever had. A friend served it without telling me what it was and my first reaction was: "What coffee is this?" Amazing!
