RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED UPTO 14 DAYS FROM PRODUCT RECEIPT.
Sorry, we do NOT accept returns for products shipped to Canada or, products that have already been opened.

Regular Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days from the day you received it. Items must be unopened and in good condition. $9.99 Restocking Fees & Shipping Charges will be deducted from Order Amount
The products must be shipped back to us in original condition, at your expense. For orders with complimentary shipping, actual shipping costs will be deducted alongwith restocking fees. Upon receipt of return, we will refund the product cost minus $9.99 restocking fee and, minus applicable shipping charge back to the source of your original payment. Refund = Order Amount - $9.99 - Shipping Charges
Damaged Item Returns:
If the items have been damaged or destroyed as a result of shipping problems, please contact us to arrange replacement or refund of the items. We may ask you to provide pictures of the damage and, save the damaged products for return. We will refund the cost of the goods and the shipping back to the source of your original payment or, replace the damaged items. We can also offer a store credit on your future purchase should you prefer that. We will cover the shipping cost of replacement. If only a portion of the items were damaged, only a portion of the shipping charges will be refunded.
