Dallmayr Prodomo has a full caffeine content, but is specially refined to free it from various irritants and bitterness. The full aroma roasting process that follows gives it an unmistakeably distinctive flavour. A supreme pleasure for all coffee lovers – including those with sensitive tastebuds. Dallmayr prodomo has a rounded, full-bodied flavour, a delicate aroma and low acidity.

Preparation: Dallmayr prodomo is perfect for the traditional preparation of filter coffee, whether brewed in a filter machine or with a manual filter. If you decide to buy Dallmayr prodomo as whole beans, please make sure to set the grinding level to fine.

We recommend using 6 to 8 grams of coffee powder and a brewing time of up to eight minutes. Convenient measuring spoons are available that hold around 7 grams of coffee, making it easy to portion the powder.

If using a manual filter, the water should be at a temperature between 92ºC and 95°C. Do not use boiling water, otherwise bitter flavours will be brought to the forefront. Coffee tastes best when freshly prepared. If there is a large amount left over that you do not need at once, transfer the coffee into a thermos flask.

Coffee taste
This is one of the best tasting coffees I have had in a long time. I use a regular coffeemaker, and still the taste is great!

The Best coffee
My wife and I were introduced to this coffee 7 years ago by a German friend. Then, she'd bring us a few packets every time she went on vacation to Germany. Now that we can get it here though "Enjoy Better coffee", we buy it direct from them. We haven't drank any other coffee as delicious and flavorful, ever, in Seven years.

Best German Coffee
We became addicted to this coffee in Germany in 2007 & this is all we drink now. It is a great cup of a coffee for a great price. I am so happy we can actually get it at EnjoyBetterCoffee & they have it for a great price...Thanks

Service and quality of product
I was introduced to Dallmayer Prodomo Whole Bean Coffee when a friend brought me back a bag after a trip to Germany. Since my first cup, I have not drank any other coffee.
