I've brewed Dallmayr Prodomo for several years. It remains for me the absolute best daily coffee out there. I don't even bother with others.Recently, I started purchasing the smaller 8.8oz vacuum packs rather than the 17.6oz packs. It takes me longer to go through the 17.6oz pack and, having read something about vacuum packing and flavor, it makes sense that the more time that elapses between breaking the seal and finishing it off, the more time the flavor has to weaken. So in the interest of maximizing flavor, I've decided to go with the smaller packs. The extra cost is negligible for such great, full-flavor coffee.Thanks for keeping Dallmayr in stock at all times!
