I warmed up to the idea of using Nespresso machines while travelling in Europe, where they are a staple of almost every rental. I tried almost every capsule that offered on this site when I got my own machine for the office, and while nothing compares to a shot pulled by an experienced barista (the lack of a fifth star is based entirely on that very comparison, which is, perhaps, unfair), this capsule gives a decent "happy medium" between a real shot and a cup of black coffee. Smooth-tasting with no bitterness, nice crema, and overall very pleasing.
